Japan is Kyoto – Ginkakuji Temple

I took a bus to Kinkaku-ji Temple thinking I was going to the Golden Pavilion. Little did I know that I was on my way to the Silver Pavilion. I saw Ginkaku-ji on the bus so I thought it was the same temple like how Koreans use G and J and both have the same meaning. Honestly, I do not have any idea about this temple so I was so happy that I made a mistake because Ginkakuji Temple was so gorgeous during autumn. That’s what travel is all about actually. You get lost and discover something new along the way.

Look who welcomed me in the The Philosopher’s Path. This place is very beautiful during cherry blossoms season!

I had an interesting walk towards the temple as there were many shops selling traditional Japanese souvenirs.

The entrance to Ginkakuji looked like a scene from an anime
